Enhanced provision package – £2 per session

This includes all of the added extras that are above and beyond the basic provision expected as part of the EYFS that allow us to add a little extra sparkle into the service we provide. This includes:

• All snacks and drinks
• Wipes
• Suncream
• Trips out
• Special dietary requirements/preferences
• Sensory trays and resources
• Small group phonics sessions
• Food play and baking sessions
• Celebrations (pancake day, easter egg hunts, Eid & Christmas activities etc.)
• Experiences (picnics, sports days, graduation, parties etc.)
• Resources and equipment (spare wetsuits/clothes/underwear/high visibility vests etc.)
• Learning Journey Scrapbooks

If you opt into this package, you agree that consumables fees will still be charged during absences such as illness/holidays etc.

Basic provision package – FREE

If you opt out of our enhanced provision, you MUST provide your child with the following in a bag each day:

• Snack for each session, chopped up into the appropriate size for your child in a sealed container with your child’s name (no whole fruit)
• Nappies and wipes
• Suncream (when needed)
• Weather appropriate clothing
• Spare clothing in case of accidents

Please note: This has to be brought for each session, we cannot store snack for the week and cut them up for you. Snacks provided must also meet the EYFS healthy eating standards.

With the basic package, you will NOT receive or partake in:

• Learning Journey Scrapbooks
• Trips out
• Celebrations as named above
• Experiences as named above

Please note: During such celebrations and experiences, your child will instead partake in the usual EYFS provision.

Additional costs during funded hours

You may opt to use your funded hours over a mealtime (Breakfast, Lunch or Tea). If you choose to do so, food is not included and is charged for as follows:

Breakfast – £2

Lunch – £6

Tea – £3

Please note: Using your funded entitlement over a mealtime is optional. We do not accept meals provided from home. We do not have the space required to store refrigerated items or lunchboxes, we cannot re-heat food and ensure the food standards and allergens are monitored and managed for all children.

If you do not provide the necessary requirements for each session, your child’s provision will be affected, or you may be turned away as we cannot provide these items for you.
