Conditions of securing a place
Due to high demand, anybody wishing to book a place for a child under 2 years old will be required to pay a deposit of £100 in order to confirm your booking. No places will be held open or secured until the deposit is paid.
The deposit is refunded in the second month of your child starting.
This applies to all under 2 places whether booking funded hours or private hours.
Other fees and charges
Late Payment Charges
All agreed fees must be paid on time. Late payments will incur a charge of 10% of your bill. If you are struggling to pay your fees on time, please speak to a member of the management team before payment is due.
Late Collection Charge
It is important that you adhere to the sesison times agreed. If you arrive early, you will not be permitted to enter until the start of your session. This is to adhere to adult to child ratios as well as other factors.
If you are late collecting, you will be charged £5 per 15 minutes. This applies to all children.
If you are repeatedly late in paying your fees, or collecting your child, the management reserve the right to terminate your place.
